The 2022 E-Transit is the latest version of the Transit, Ford's original and still popular commercial van. The E-Transit has some similar features and characteristics as the regular Transit, but it differs in the sense that it has an electric powertrain under the hood. While Ford has not yet released projected tow ratings for the Transit, it has announced expected payload ratings for the various body styles, which are impressive by any measure. The E-Transit can be ordered with a low roof height of six feet to a high roof height of nine feet. The Ford E-Transit is produced as a cutaway, chassis, and passenger model. Each has different attributes and cargo volumes, but you'll get a smooth and quiet ride and considerable electric range with all three.
